Mid-term inspections to monitor property condition between tenancies. Inspections include photographs, general condition notes, utility meter readings and statutory safety checks (visual & functional).

HMO Property Inspections

Visual condition and standards checks of shared areas and safety items to help landlords maintain consistent standards within HMO properties.

Property Visits & Access Visits

Attendance for contractor access, key handovers, vacant property checks or one-off landlord requests.

Meter Readings & Safety Checks

Photographic utility meter readings and visual and functional testing of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms during inspections.
